If we do not currently participate in your specific plan, you can still see Dr. Enad. Many PPO plans allow for direct patient reimbursement.
We provide a detailed "Superbill" at checkout containing all necessary medical codes for you to submit to your insurance for repayment.

Designed for patients who need regular care without the hassle of insurance. Includes access to 4 visits with a preferred rate.
